What is Experiential Training?

Experiential Training in Cognitive Therapy and Empathy is a small group training seminar for licensed professionals as well as students and interns. Each training program consists of 5, 2-hour training sessions limited to 8 participants in each session. Each participant will practice cognitive therapy and empathy  skills at his/her level and receive feedback on those skills. All skill learning (playing a sport, playing an instrument, creating art, driving a car, etc.) requires practice, repetition, and feedback by a coach/trainer/master/etc.  Groups are ongoing and while times may shift to meet group needs, groups generally meet Thursday or Friday mornings in Irvine, CA.  For information email or call.
